Bosun's Call makes for a fabulous base from which a couple or group of four can enjoy the very best that Devon has to offer.

Cross on over to the bight and airy, yet well-equipped kitchen and rustle up a hearty snack for all to enjoy at the dining table, whilst mapping out all of your upcoming adventures exploring the local beaches.

- Shops: There are loads of shops on the doorstep including a CO-OP just a few doors down. There is also a large Sainsbury just 5 mins drive away here: Nelson Road, Dartmouth TQ6 9AH. There are all the usual high street shops plus plenty of boutique outlets, Foss street is well known for it's artists and galleries.
- Pubs and Restaurants: There is a gorgeous array of places to eat, many specialising in local produce and delicious fresh locally caught seafood.
- Beaches: The beach is just 10 mins drive on the road to Blackpool sands. They have shops and a cafe there with live music on Saturday morning.
- Outdoor space: Bosun's call is situated right in the heart of Dartmouth. There isn't any outside space being a first floor apartment but out the front door is all the space you could wish for by the sea.

Dartmouth is situated on the South coast of Devon at the mouth of the River Dart, and is easy to get to via road, rail or car.
BY CAR
South Devon is easy to reach by road with the M5 bringing you to the region before linking to the A38, which runs through the centre of the county linking Exeter and Plymouth.
Travelling South take the M5 to Exeter then the A38 towards Plymouth leaving at the Totnes turning onto the A384. On reaching Totnes turn right at the major set of traffic lights onto the A381 following signs to Dartmouth. Continue to follow signs for Dartmouth turning left onto the A3122 at Halwell.
BY TRAIN
The nearest train station to Dartmouth is Totnes, which is accessible by trains travelling from London and Birmingham. Trips on to Dartmouth can then be made by bus, taxi, car or boat down the River Dart.
Dartmouth is one of the most popular destinations in Devon.
Dartmouth is a exciting harbour town, steeped in history… A haven for walkers and nature lovers, surrounded by the Devon hills and beaches.
It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October.
There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
Kingswear, the other side of the river is famous for its beautiful National Trust property, Coleton Fishacre, as well as its own magnificent castle. Just a short drive and you can swim or try your hand at water sports on the Blue Flag beaches of Blackpool Sands.
A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
